David Day

David has been an elder at Grandview Pines since January 2022.

He is a Montgomery native but has lived in Wetumpka and Alabaster.

He is currently working for he State of Alabama but is joyfully looking forward to retirement in a few more years. He built a house next to his grandchildren and is enjoying the county life.

David has been a Christian since 1981, the same year he graduated from high school and married his wife, Diana. He has served as an elder at the Redland Road congregation in Wetumpka and at the Shades Mountain congregation in Hoover before coming back home to Montgomery and attending at Grandview Pines. He enjoys teaching classes and leading singing.

He and Diana have 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
